Mushrooms

Throughout history; mushrooms have been collected and used as food, medicine, cultural affect, ceremony and recreation.

There have been revolutionary advances in the ways we approach and understand things like sensory experience, art, depression, stress, motivation, work-life balance, healing and well-being.

If you feel called to the medicine, psilocybin can be a tool unlike anything else. Mycelium is Earth's unseen network connecting ecosystems and inter-natural communications. Mycelium are the network that help the earth to sustain, grow and change.

The largest organism in the world is a fungus called "Armilliaria ostoyae". This mushroom can be found at the Malheur National Forest in Oregon. The Humongous Fungus covers an area of nearly 3.8 square miles. It is estimated to be anywhere between 3,000 and 9,000 years old.

The Tassili Mushroom Figures in Algeria are petroglyphs and cave paintings, estimated as old as 7000-5000 BCE. The artwork depicts figures that have been interpreted by some as having shamanic connotations. There are countless examples throughout history providing evidence that speak to the close symbiotic relationship between humans and mycelium.

The cooperation and interconnectedness of mycelium and animal can serve as an example for building more equitable, sustainable and resilient societies. The oldest dated mycelium so far is between 700 and 800 million years old.
